Served as part of the 1st Artillery Regiment and later the 1st Artillery Battalion until the latter was disbanded on January 18, 1865, per S.O. #14, Adjutant and Inspector General's Office, and this company became independednt.
Armed with four 3-inch Rifles on July 1-3, 1863.
Armed with two 3-inch Rifles and two 12-lb. Napoleons on May 10, 1864.
Armed with four 12-lb. Napoleons on December 28, 1864.
Surrendered at Appomattox Court House on April 9, 1865.
