Reorganized as an independent company in May 1862.
Armed with four guns on July 31, 1862.
Consolidated with the Richmond "Courtney" Artillery Battery, ca. August 1862.
Disbanded and men transferred to that battery on April 15, 1863, per S.O. #92, Adjutant and Inspector General's Office.
