Reorganized on June 1, 1862.
Bayley's Heavy Artillery Company disbanded and men assigned to this company on June 17, 1862, per S.O. #136, Headquarters, Army of Northern Virginia.
Armed with one 10-lb. Parrott, two 12-lb. Howitzers, and two 6-lb. Smoothbores in August and September 1862.
Turner Light Artillery Battery disbanded and men transferred to this company on October 4, 1862, per S.O. #209, Headquarters, Army of Northern Virginia.
Armed with two 10-lb. Parrotts and two 12-lb. Napoleans on July 1-3, 1863.
Apparently merged into the batteries of Cutshaw's Artillery Battalion in November 1864.
Surrendered at Appomattox Court House on April 9, 1865.
